Fenugreek is one of the oldest medicinally used plants, with roots in both traditional Indian and Chinese systems of medicine. Although there is not enough substantive evidence to support its use, in traditional folk medicine it’s been used for digestive issues, increasing breast milk production, diabetes, low libido, menopause, muscle pains, migraines…the list is longer so have a peek on the old interweb or herbal books to see.
Money magicking ahoy! Fenugreek is one to use to bring a little cash your way. Add a few seeds (or fenugreek tea) to your mop bucket and wash away… great for if you need to draw money into your business! Half fill a small jar with the seeds and leave open in the house to attract money, add a couple of seeds everyday until the jar is full. Then once the jar is full, return the seeds to the Earth and start again to keep money rolling in.
Fenugreek can be used for psychic protection and grounding, so use as a tea before working or burn as a protective incense. Carry with you in a charm bag if you are particularly sensitive to energies. It has its uses in returning to the here and now after a shamanic journey, whilst also assisting with centring and focusing one's intention.
