I’m in contact with a lot of my regular customers, some of who have chronic pain, female monthly pains, general aches and pains…think the last one counts for most of us at some point 😊. Pain has such a debilitating effect on our lives, from not only the physical limitations it causes, but the mental health side too. So I thought I’d give these natural wheat bags a try, to ease away aches and pains when the day gets you down. I’ve tried to keep them as reasonable as I can, because it’s so important to keep the pains away so you can keep active, keep healthy and keep happy.
These natural cotton wheat bags are filled with a mixture of wheat, lavender flowers and pure lavender essential oils. These can be recharged too if the smell wanes by adding a couple of drops of lavender essential oil or even another one which you favour to support you (also available in the Aromatherapy section) to the bag. With a cute country feel design, add a bit of natural healing to your normal routine for aches and pains.
Wheat has a unique cellular structure which can absorb heat or cold quickly and then release it evenly, helping conditions such as arthritis, menstrual pains, aching joints etc. They measure around 40cm by 12.5cm, so are long enough to be placed around your neck for those cricks and freaks, slung over your shoulder for those achy hard worked areas, popped on your tum for those niggly period pains or placed around your back for those strained back areas. Or you could just use for heating up and cuddling up to on those cold nights…great for keeping your tootsies warm! The gentle whiff of the lavender, a scent renowned for helping to relieve tension, promote relaxation and reduce pain, which may help lull you to sleep; so maybe useful for you insomniacs! No hot water risking spillage, no burping the rubbery bottles, no waking up to a freezing floppy thing at the end of the bed anymore…no I dont mean your other half 🤣🤣! Just an excellent and safe alternative to hot water bottles. Pop in the microwave for a couple of minutes…be careful and test first before popping it on whole areas, just in case you’ve made it a wee bit hot! Or pop in your freezer for a bit to cool it. Instructions come with the bag. The grains and flowers are secured within (loose) by a Velcro strip.
Each wheat bag has two rope handles either side to help you hold or negotiate into place. They have a cotton outer, wheat, lavender buds inside and measure approximately 40cm x 12.5cm. Made right here in Blighty! (UK).
